    The consultation fee payable when booking a consultation through this Website is non-refundable once payment has been made. The consultation fee is applied towards a mandatory file opening fee, postages and petties, and FICA compliance costs incurred by the firm in connection with your matter.

    All funds received are held in the firm's trust account in accordance with the Attorneys Act, 53 of 1979 (as amended) and the Legal Practice Act, 28 of 2014, and will be applied against fees and disbursements once invoiced. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and accept that the consultation fee is non-refundable.

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this Website. Your continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
